Cancellation/No Show Policy
Your appointment time is strictly reserved for you. Our cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours notice for cancellation without any additional charges or forfeiture of your Groupon/LivingSocial voucher. If you are canceling less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged the full amount for your session (or forfeit your voucher), which must be prepaid prior to your next scheduled appointment. We sincerely thank you for your understanding.
Due to the incredible response to our campaigns, we have booked up very quickly. Keep in mind your individual expiration date, as you'll need to book your appointment (or at minimum the first of 2 sessions purchased) before that date to be redeemed at full value, even if the booking(s) are after the voucher is set to expire. If you are booking after the expiration date, your PAID amount will always be honored towards any of our services at full price. No vouchers will be accepted for same day bookings. We do allow gifting of vouchers to others if it is their first time with our office, or if they are using the paid amount towards a full price service.
